Sally Bowman Real Estate Gets Recognized

Sally Bowman Real Estate has always found two things very important to our business.

1) Working hard - really hard - for our clients.

2) Our amazing marketing services - from our visual tours to our use of various websites for listing our properties

Well guess what? We are now being awarded for it! The Award of Excellence program was created to recognize top real estate agents who provide the best of marketing services for their buyers and sellers. From a selection of agents all across the country, they choose Sally Bowman (me!) in Cheshire Connecticut as one of their award recipients.

In other News...

I also was awarded from the New Haven Board of Realtors the 2nd Quarter Award for closed sales.

Janice Surato, Katie Smith, Joan Chevrier, Michelle D'Amore, and I attended a two day CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) course. This informative class on customer service, sales and negotiation gave us all some effective strategies on how to do what we already do better. We learned everything from understanding buyer motivation to negotiating skills.

Sally Bowman Real Estate is constantly working on improving our business. Whether that be through the classroom, through experience, or through research of the latest cutting edge marketing technology. (We have one thing inparticular in the works that should really blow Cheshire Connecticut away.)
