The Notch Store, located at 905 Waterbury Rd, Cheshire, CT, has the best breakfast sandwich in town. Bacon, egg and cheese - warm, gooey and oh so good! Stop in for a buffalo chicken sandwich on Wednesday and meet Frank Salvatore. He's been running the store since his grandfather opened it back in 1920.
