Many people are working on improving their health with New Year's Resolutions to eat less and exercise more, but have you ever thought about improving your health by giving back to your Cheshire community? Studies have shown that volunteering can give you a new sense of purpose, keep you active, and, essentially keep you healthy.

Cheshire is not short on volunteer opportunities and Sally Bowman Real Estate is no stranger to community involvement. We have gotten involved in well-known events like the Cheshire Lights of Hope or special events like the Cheshire Youth Wiffle Ball tournament.
