She has experience in both residential and commercial leases, and has been a new construction project manager for several area builders. Sally has a strong knowledge of the building and construction business, giving her an invaluable perspective and a unique advantage in evaluating and assessing homes. Prior to a career in real estate, Sally owned and operated RW Hine Hardware in Cheshire, where she built her business on the simple, yet highly valued practices of both helping people and solving problems. She has carried these fundamental business approaches over into her real estate business, where they are a core aspect of her real estate style. Growing up working and working hard, Sally knows how to roll up her sleeves and get going, which translates well with her relationship with clients. Community Involvement:
A life long resident of Cheshire, Sally is connected to the community and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Sally has tirelessly dedicated her time and energy, not only the Cheshire community, but to the greater Connecticut area as well. Her commitment to the community is longstanding, and her passion for service is evident in her past and present membership and participation in various community organizations and events. Sally is currently a Cheshire Kiwanis Club Member, a Cheshire Historical Society Member, a past St. Mary Hospital Foundation Board Member. Sally currently is a board member for the CT chapter of the Certified Residential Specialist, serving as 2013 president.
Sally was formerly 2000 Cheshire Grange Community Citizen of the year, the 1997 Co founder of the Cheshire Relay for Life, member of the Chamber of Commerce, a participant in the Cheshire School Business Partnership, the Former Chairman of the Cheshire Historical District Study Commission, the Designer of the Cheshire Afghan throw, the Recipient of American Cancer Society’s Distinguished Service Award 2007, and the Recipient of American Cancer Society’s Volunteer Values Award 2001. Past member of the Connecticut Judicial Selection Commission. Sally is the CRS Chapter President.
Sally was born and raised in Cheshire and enjoys gardening, playing golf and having fun! Her two black labs, Belle and Sophie keep her busy as she learns to be an empty nester. Her son, is a sophomore at American University in Washington DC.

Sally was educated in the Cheshire Grammar schools, a graduate of St. Bridget Junior High and Holy Cross High School in Waterbury CT, class of 1986. A 1990 graduate of Adelphi University, Sally earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from the Adelphi University Business School. She received her Brokers License at Connecticut Professional Business School. Sally is constantly attending educational workshops and classes to stay on top of the ever-changing market. He graduated from Bentley University, formally Bentley College, in 1967. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. When he moved to Connecticut, he took a position with the Siemon Company of Watertown as Assistant Controller and worked his way up to Treasury Controller. While at Siemon he became involved in the property management and leasing of the five commercial buildings owned by Siemon. In 2005, Siemon Realty was formed to strictly handle the commercial aspects of leasing and property management of the buildings. At that time, Dennis was made President and ran the operation until his retirement on December 31, 2011. Dennis brings vast experience in the commercial real estate area from the private sector.
Dennis is a licensed Real Estate Broker with experience in commercial selling and leasing of properties. Dennis has been member of the Watertown Rotary Club since 1977 and is a Paul Harris Fellow. He has served as president and has held other positions with the club. His other community involvement includes: Watertown Education Foundation, YMCA of Greater Hartford, Home to Home Foundation, Wellpath, St. Mary’s Hospital, Waterbury Hospital Emergency Room, Holy Cross High School Father’s Club (past President), and is a former member of the Holy Cross Board of Director’s.
